Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ofAnsal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd.

Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd. (APIL) was admitted to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) vide order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench dated 16 November 2022 whereby Mr. Ashwani Kumar Singla (IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-02035/2020-2021/13122), the undersigned, was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). The so appointed IRP received claims and collated the same under the provisions of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”). During the CIRP of APIL, Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi Bench vide order dated 13 January 2023 restricted the CIRP to only Project Fernhill, Gurgaon. Thus, the undersigned restricted the CIRP to Project Fernhill, Gurgaon and thus, claims also in relation to said project were only collated and included in the List of Creditors.

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, Court-II, vide its Order dated 20th October, 2023, has approved the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against “Serene Residency Group Housing Project at Sector ETA II, Greater Noida” and appointed Mr. Navneet Kumar Gupta as IRP having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00001/2016-2017/10009. Claimants/stakeholders of the said project should contact him at cirpofserenegrouphousingetaII@minervaresolutions.com

Further, the Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi vide order dated 10.01.2024 has appointed Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover (IBBI Regn No. (IBBI/IPA001/IPP00200/2017-2018/10390) to act as Resolution Professional qua one project i.e. Fernhill project. The said RP is responsible for the CIRP of only specific project “Project Fernhill”, Gurgaon. Claimants/stakeholders of the said project should contact him at cirp.fernhill@gmail.com

All concerned may take note that two projects (mentioned supra) are undergoing Corporate Insolvency and their IRP/RP be contacted directly at above email-id’s and the undersigned has no locus standi to the CIRP of the said two projects. Further, with respect to the remaining Company i.e. APIL less the aforesaid 2 projects, the interim stay granted by the Hon’ble NCLAT (referred above) is still operative and thus, the undersigned cannot entertain / collate any claims in relation to the rest of the company at present. The relevant updates/orders in this regard shall be updated on the website. Until further orders, no claims can be filed on this website.
